Thermolab Stability Chambers are developed as a result of intensive Research and Development along with 40 years of experience involved in carrying out Stability Test and Shelf Life Test on drug and drug substances.

The chambers are designed according to the ICH guidelines, WHO, MCA and USFDA requirements. They are superior in Air Flow Distribution, Temperature and Humidity Recovery, Controlled Technology, Cabinet Construction and are known for its Accuracy, Uniformity, Reliability and Economy. The chambers are manufactured as per the CGMP Regulations.

  • Two numbers chamber blowers to have uniformity of conditions under chamber loaded condition.

  • Printer Interface Facility with data storage is available to print records directly on a printer with variable print time intervals.
  • PC Communication Card with RS 485 having software compliance with 21 CFR part 11 USFDA guidelines.
  • GSM Mobile's alert module to give malfunction SMSes on three cell phones simultaneously.
  • Dedicated Safety System to shut off the humidity and air heater incase of overshooting or undershoot of temperature giving audio visual alarm with additional thermostatic safety and low water level cut off.
  • PLC System for an auto changeover of standby system or Total Chamber Control with Touch Screen Display which can be fully integrated with your Building Management System.
  • Network connectivity via Ethernet for web based on line remote monitoring.
